We can accept any medicines that you no longer need and dispose of them safely. Please ring pharmacy to arrange collection, we will arrange for our delivery driver to collect your unwanted medicines and we will send them away to be incinerated

We are able to obtain your prescriptions electronically without the need for a paper copy. Simply ask your GP Surgery to nominate our pharmacy in order for your prescriptions to be transferred to us automatically.

 To find out if we collect from your surgery please contact us. Our Pharmacy team will dispense it quickly and accurately and then deliver it to your door. We deliver up to 7pm which is advantage over many other pharmacies.

Your I-meds pharmacist and trained assistants are available for advice on all medicines and minor ailments, everything from everyday coughs and colds or longer-term conditions such as asthma or diabetes. We can also give you advice on how to live a healthy life, for example, advice on how to stop smoking, or healthy diets. We can direct you to other sources of advice and assistance if we cannot help you ourselves.

 I-Meds FREE Medication Trays enables patients to comply more easily with their medicines. We understand that multiple medication regimens can be difficult and confusing. The beauty of the weekly medication trays means the correct medication is administered at the correct time as directed by the doctors. The tray also allows carers or other family members to help patients with difficulties administer the tablets. The I-meds trays are a simple pack which supply a week’s worth of treatment in four divided sections which are morning, lunch, teatime and night as shown below. We also offer the simple but vital service of providing labels in large print to help with those with visual difficulties administers their medication more accurately. This service allows our patients to read the dosage of their medication rather than rely upon someone else or memory. Non Click-Lock Tops are also supplied for those who have difficulties with opening bottles e.g. patients with arthritis or elderly.

This is a confidential consultation with the Pharmacist to review the medicines that you take to ensure that you are using them correctly to gain the maximum benefit from them. When your doctor prescribes a new medicine to treat your condition your I-meds Pharmacist can offer support and advice to ensure you take the new medication as prescribed without suffering any unwanted side effects etc. We usually do this by keeping in contact with you during the first 4 weeks of your new medicine being prescribed.
